Who can apply for a trade account?+
Builders, interior designers, stylists, property managers, developers and renovation businesses with an active ABN. If you buy window furnishings for projects rather than your own home, you are who this is for.
How long does approval take?+
Within one business day. Every application is reviewed personally, so a line or two about your business and upcoming projects helps us approve you faster.
How does trade pricing actually work?+
Your discount is tied to your customer account. Log in before you order and your tier pricing applies automatically at checkout. There are no codes to remember and nothing to ask for. If you check out without logging in, you will be charged retail prices, so always sign in first.
How do the tiers upgrade?+
Automatically, based on your account volume. Every approved account starts on Bronze at 10% off, and your discount deepens as your project volume with us grows. You never need to apply for an upgrade.
What does priority production mean in practice?+
Trade orders are flagged the moment they land and are cut ahead of the retail queue, so they are made next. It exists so your install dates hold. We deliberately cap the number of trade accounts so priority keeps meaning something.
Can my client pay for an order directly?+
Yes. As long as you are logged in to your trade account when the order is placed, your trade pricing applies regardless of whose card pays. Handy when a client wants to pay for their own job.
Does trade pricing stack with sales or promotions?+
No. Trade pricing applies to our standard prices and is not combined with promotional offers. Your tier discount will usually be the better deal anyway.
Are samples really free?+
Yes, free and unlimited for trade accounts, sent express. Order them from the samples page as often as your projects need.
