How to measure: Inside mount: measure the recess width and height in three places and use the smallest of each. Outside mount: measure the area you want covered and add at least 50mm overlap on each side and 70mm above. Our measuring guide walks you through both, step by step.

Step 2

Fit Type

Inside mount sits within the window recess for a clean, built-in look. Outside mount fixes to the wall or architrave and covers the full window.

Inside Mount

Fits within the window recess for a cleaner, built-in look. Needs at least 60mm of flat depth.

Outside Mount

Mounts to the wall or frame, overlapping the window for maximum coverage and blockout. Ideal where the recess is too shallow or obstructed, like a sliding door with handles or tracks in the way.

Control Side

Which side of the blind you would like the chain control on. Stand facing the window to decide.

Left

Control chain on the left-hand side as you face the window.

Right

Control chain on the right-hand side as you face the window.

Step 4

Chain Type

All chains are child-safe and supplied with a tensioning device, as required by Australian standards.

White Chain

Durable white plastic chain that blends with light interiors. Standard inclusion.

Black Chain

Durable black plastic chain. Pairs with black frames and the Charcoal fittings for a sharper contrast.

Stainless Steel

Premium weighted stainless chain. A subtle upgrade for a more tailored finish.

Operation

Chain operation is included. Upgrade to a rechargeable motor and move your blind by remote control.

Step 6

Roll Direction

Standard roll keeps fabric close to the window for better light control. Reverse roll brings fabric forward to clear handles and crank winders.

Standard Roll

Fabric rolls off the back of the tube, sitting closest to the glass. Most popular.

Reverse Roll

Fabric rolls off the front, clearing obstructions like window winders and handles.

Step 7

Fittings Colour

The colour of the visible hardware: the brackets, the chain control housing and the oval bottom rail. White suits most rooms. Choose Charcoal Black for darker frames or a sharper, architectural contrast.

White

Clean and near-universal. Disappears against white frames and ceilings. Most popular.

Charcoal Black

A deliberate, architectural finish. Pairs with black window frames and modern interiors.
